I tend to re-sort the inbox then search by subject line, sender, and so on. First of all, unselect everything in the inbox with control-space bar, then press the applications key and you should land on the arrange messages by sub menu. Right arrow into that submenu, then down arrow to the sort criteria you prefer to use.

Thx, Albert

Hi all,

I am a pretty new user to Jaws. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about a command.

When you go into outlook and you would like to find a certain message in your messages that you have saved what do you do?

I have tried control e and f3. I put in my search term into the edit box and press enter. No matter what you do either arrowing up and down or tabbing you never come across a list of results that contain the words you put in.

Could someone please tell me the exact command to use and the exact steps to take to do a search.

Thanks very much.

Lisa
