Greetings, friends.

It is with really, really heavy heart to inform you that the

Madison African Community has lost one of its giants.

Mr. Pierre-Claver Gbedey passed away this morning at

his 518 McCormic Ave., Madison, Wisconsin residence,

after a protracted illness.

Mrs Eleanor Gbedey, the surviving spouse, can be

reached either at the residence or 608 219-6969.

Mr. Gbedey was a co-founder of the African Association

of Madison, Inc. 

Stay tuned for updates on plans to celebrate Mr. Gbedey's

home-going.

May his soul rest in peace. Amen!
