Hello, all. Sometimes I find it necessary to schedule online meetings, and occasionally I need to share my screen. Here at my job, we use a program called Join.Me, which I find to be completely inaccessible. I have tried Skype for Business, and, even with Doug Lee’s scripts, I find it extremely difficult to start meetings.

 

Does anyone know of meeting software that would be accessible? Ideally, I’d like a program that would allow me to share my screen and that would not require download on the part of others but would give them a link on which they could click to join my meetings.

 

Any suggestions/ideas you may have would be much appreciated. By the way, I am using JAWS 17 on a Dell laptop running Windows 10.
