Hi! For sure I am going to check in to the 20M net starting next week. However, for my edification, why would the 40M net likely be a non-starter for me in Los Angeles? Is it some sort of propagation thing with 40M? 73, Richard KK6MRH/AG -----Original Message----- From: For blind ham radio operators [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Steve Forst Sent: Sunday, December 27, 2015 10:00 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: When and Where is the 40M Roundtable? Richard, I think you are in L.A., so the 40 meter thing wouldn't work for you. As Tom suggests, the 20 meter net would work fine. With a number of stations from all over the country, somebody will hear you. 73, hope to hear you on the air, Steve KW3A On 12/27/2015 12:17 PM, Tom Behler wrote: > Richard: > > Unless a contest or something else gets in the way, the 40-meter east > coast mid west blind ops round table occurs every Saturday at 4 p.m. > Eastern on or near 7.191 MHZ. > > I'm not sure where you are located, but the net usually has check-ins > from the East coast on into the Great Lakes and mid west regions of > the country, depending on conditions, of course. > > Also, don't forget about the 20-meter cross-country Blind Ops net. > This one occurs every Sunday at 4 p.m. Eastern on or near 14.258 MHZ. > > Tom Behler: KB8TYJ > > > -----Original Message----- From: For blind ham radio operators > [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Richard B. > McDonald Sent: Sunday, December 27, 2015 10:52 AM To: > [log in to unmask] Subject: When and Where is the 40M > Roundtable? > > Hi! > > about this net, at what time and on what frequency is it?
