I have been told by quite a few hams that use hex beams that they are pretty flimsy. I was also told that they won't handle 1500 watts on a continuous basis. Does anyone have similar experiences with them? I know that they are relatively inexpensive, so perhaps they just aren't made very tough. Alan - N7MIT Alan R.
