From what I read, it's a mod for all kenwood HF radios. I'd like it to. It looks like I will become the owner of a ts-590, and be trading my kx-3 and pa-100. Both great radios, but the kenwood is more accessible and with better documentation. Operating from the back porch won't be as easy. I think I will be loosing the CW peeking feature. -----Original Message----- From: For blind ham radio operators [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Tom Behler Sent: Thursday, January 29, 2015 19:50 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: ts-590 broadcast band Butch: Can you send the procedures for this mod for the TS590? I'd also be interested in the procedures for the TS480 if they are out there somewhere. I had to get sighted help, first to find the jumers, and second they are very very small. 73 Butch WA0VJR Node 3148 Wallace, ks.
