The staff were amazing, I emailed the hotel to find out if they could do a gluten free diet before we made our reservations. They totally understand everything I asked and we left for our vacation on November 21 returning on Dec 6th. On arrival at the hotel the chef came to see me and told them that all 4 restaurants were aware of my food issue and that they had a Gluten Free kitchen. Every night I was informed of what was gluten free and every night they made me a very special gluten free dessert. We eat all at 4 restaurants without any problems. It was a treat to be able to eat and not worry and even have desserts. I can highly recommend the All Inclusive resorts that Couples Resorts have at Negril, Montego Bay and Ochis Rios.
