Writing is an element of proper and verifiable documentation of actions
and/in actions

Documentation is not only an essential ingredient of functioning democracy
but also rule of law (source of evidences).

By writing if we mean - theory. Isn't that a problem?

Who amongst us last December forecast his/her annual earning, estimate
expenses and free cash flow. How did you benefit from that information in
the 10th of the year? Or this is theory just go week to week.... That's it!

Well whatever your view - I hold that we were fortunate to be schooled to
be different in better ways than my non school parents. Better in practical
ways!

Why road at X place and not Y. Why order these tons cement and not
that much? Why cook 10 cups of rice for lunch at home and not 20? Why
build 19 high schools and not 50? Many at times real life situations are
even more complex but our best answers are in the most accurate available
information otherwise a guessing game.
