Haters come in all shapes and sizes. They could be mean girls and bullies who make you feel bad and call you names.  They can be women who are after the

same man you are dating or you are married to. They might even be annoying relatives who keep asking when you are getting married, or who disapprove of the men you date or even the life style you lead. ARGH!

How do you make the haters shut up?

Firstly, ARE YOU YOUR #1 HATER?

That is right - are you your worst hater? Here is why I asked. Haters usually only make you miserable occasionally.  Maybe once a week, twice tops. However, if you keep thinking about them – if you keep trying to get even with them - then you are injecting yourself with their hateful poison 24 hours a day! Every moment you think about your haters, your fear, anger, and hatred grows. As a result, you suffer from their poison every single day. Moreover, over time, you will devolve from a fantastic, unforgettable person... into a bitter, miserable one.

These conspiracy theories are already hindering the much needed help to contain Ebola . The theories should be put aside until the deadly Ebola is eradicated for the people in the region are refusing help they need and the lives of aid workers are at risk. Some aid workers were killed because of such unfounded theories . Not the time for theories ! The common enemy is Ebola virus.

The answer that comes to mind is what Obama said on "60 minutes" yesterday "When trouble comes up anywhere in the world they don't call Beijing , they don't call Moscow . They call us". Obama was talking about situation in Iraq and Syria with ISIS. So the professor's article is irresponsible .
