Not disputing your arguments. I’m coming from a position of - I don’t know. That leaves me curious - why human bear/posse tendency to be dictators without consequential checks.

That said crime = dictatorship leaves wondering in my thinking universe. Crime at one place may not be crime at another - that brought the use of smoking at certain age in US vs no age limit in Gambia. I defined crime as a legal relativism while dictatorial tendencies seem to be an inner human psychic make up that jump out at a given opportunity.

Maybe you are right they are same. Yet my curiosity remain why people tend to be dictators/criminals. Again that question enables me to determine some of the socio cultural/economic reasons that makes one commit crime. But its not that easy to say the same why one is a dictator.

For instance, Yahya is a dictator and he use crime to perpetuate his dictatorship - is that not telling they’re different? Maybe my thinking is wrong.

Burama

What is within your purview is to guide your tendencies and to live considerate life vis-a-vis your fellow. When you commit the first crime against your fellow, you may not even know you have committed a crime unless you are prosecuted for it, and you may go right along compounding your crimes especially if you are above the law (you are the judge, jury, executioner, police, investimagator, coroner, undertaker, priest, imam, Yahya) - as a dictator.
