Hello! 
Since I'm fairly new to having Celiac I wanted to ask a question of what happens when we ingest Gluten. I'm still trying to learn when I get glutened or not and the symptoms .

Tonight I ate at a place called Wasabi. Thankfully my husband and I ordered and picked up our food because I didn't feel well shortly after eating. They say the food is gluten free of soy sauce and the first time I ate there I has diarrhea. The second time I was fine but this time - I instantly felt cramping, horrible belly ache and felt like I could vomit - which I did. I was worried that my stomach would not calm down- it was that bad - but thankfully it did. Is it safe to say I need to ban this restaurant and that I must have been glutened? I just got off of a 7 day cruise and felt amazing the whole week which was strange. I was super careful not to eat anything I was unsure of and did very well. I did not have the normal burning in my stomach like I do 2- 3 times a week. I'm thinking stress is not good on the gut and my job has been quite stressful lately so I'm wondering if vacation helped with all of this. 
Anyways/ any suggestions are helpful!!!
