Mbarindingho,

Thanks. I entirely agree with your submission above. President George Washington and his gallant men were all guilty of treason under the British rule. They fought hard to bring about independence, human rights, justice, and lasting peace in their country. Personally, I am not going to sit on the fence on this matter as I am already made up in my mind. With the much people that Jammeh has killed and tortured inhumanly, wonder how long we can bear the nonsense? Even Mandela, one of the fathers of liberation in South Africa advocated for the use of arms against the oppressing ruling criminals that denied South Africans freedom. Those that believe they will die twice better think twice. You die only once! Enough with the nonsense!!

Best regards,
Yero.

An Open Letter to Gambia’s Military

Dear Gambia’s Military,

I write to you with a heavy heart this morning. You’ve all seen how our gallant compatriots headed by Pa Samba Jow (Coach), Ous Mbenga, Banka Manneh and the countless other compatriots confronted and caged Jammeh at the Ritz Carlton hotel in New York (US). Jammeh is holed up and his movements are restricted. Some of his accompanying delegation, namely the Chief enabler aka presidential braying donkey, Momodou Sabally, and his gold-digger wife, Zainab Suma Jammeh has been openly confronted by mass crowds of peaceful demonstrators while Jammeh stays hidden in his hotel room for fear of being harmed by group of Gambians and non Gambian activists. That clearly demystifies all the supernatural powers that he falsely alleges to posses. The coward of a criminal president has tasted a bit of the hell-fire environment of fear he built in the Gambia since July of 1994.

Gambia’s uniformed men swore to protect the Gambia. We believe you can make this happen by refusing to side with the oppressor and realizing the urgency of our situation. We are clearly at war with a brutal tyrant. Take enlightenment that Jammeh will treat you all like he treated the likes of Daba Marena, Lang Tombong Tamba, and the hosted of others who appeared loyal to him once. It is in your best interest, the interest of all Gambians and friends of the Gambia, and without doubt the interest of the Gambia that we unite at this point to have Jammeh arrested and tried for crimes against humanity.

The remaining part of the job should be very easy. Jammeh is declared wanted for crimes against humanity. In Ollof we say, “Yayee jammeh gheenut sei yayee Gambians-yeee” and as such, he must be arrested at the Gambian International Airport upon return. If he fails to comply, he should be gunned down to his knees. This would be a way of liberation for our people.

Naa demah demah demm!!

Sincerely,

Yero Jallow
