This position is located at the Department of Health Services (DHS); Division of Mental Health & Substance Abuse (DMSAS); Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) in Winnebago.
 
Job Duties:   This position is under the general direction of the Office of the Director and is responsible for recommending dispositions of inmate complaints, implementing the Director’s decisions on complaints, record-keeping of inmate complaint information, and providing correspondence and investigative services to the Director. This position is also responsible for record-keeping of complaint information.
 
Special Notes:   Due to the nature of the position, all applicants who may be appointed will be required to allow the Department of Health Services to conduct a security check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.
 
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Well qualified applicants will have: knowledge of interviewing techniques; investigation methods; record keeping systems; training methods. Skilled in computer programs; report writing and correspondence.
