I have to agree that most of the Kindle-only books are pretty poor. There is no editor and Amazon willingly publishes whatever people upload. Back when I tried to keep some statistics, over half of these books were simply recipes taken from the web and put into a book. Amazon has guidelines against this, but they refuse to enforce them unless the rights holder complains and can prove they are the rights holder. Now this one is also a paperback. But the paperback publisher is one that doesn't edit what is published. 20 Incredible Coconut Flour Recipes by Marissa Paine http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005GGH10U In this one the authors name are real (very rare in these books) and they have a blog. Quick and Easy Paleo Chicken and Fish Recipes (Civilized Caveman Cookbooks) by George Bryant and Abel James http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B84V20Y This author tagged the book as being paleo, but I doubt it. Really Simple Weight Loss Tips by Benjamin Kramer http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BAJWMO2 There are also a few others that were also free in the past.
