 Are you going to wait a while (a few months maybe) for the outdoor temps to warm up? I wouldn’t want to be painting cold window frames at this time of year (at least not up here in the frozen north). I would think you’ll be dealing with condensation on the windows from cooking in the kitchen.

Point taken.   The kitchen will be completely sealed off.    Or we could move to Australia.
