Even though Hon. Jatta’s topic is on human rights, it will be nice to hear what he thinks the future of PDOIS as a party looks like. Of late, Hon. Sallah’s face seems more visible as a voice of the party.

I am more interested in knowing what the reactions of people from his Wulli Constituency were. Which one supersedes? Is it party ideology or the will of the grass root supporters?

The recent decision to boycott parliamentary elections led to him losing his seat. If things are reversed, would he have reconsidered his decision? Further, we question if in fact boycotting the parliamentary elections has successfully delegitimized Jammeh’s tyranny. If the answer is no, then we can conclude that the G(N) unanimous take to boycott take was ill-advised.

Best,
Yero
