The event is but one month away; all hands must be on deck, especially this year that corporate donations have fallen. AfricaFest 2012 features: -Strides For Africa -5K Run/Walk (to raise funds for establishing wells for potable water in Africa) -Main Stage Performances -African Village -Children's Program -Arts & Crafts and Food Vendors -And More…… How We May Support The Association This is Africa Fest’s 14th Anniversary; we Africans should celebrate it proudly as such! We therefore encourage each African and Friends of Africa to support and participate in the festival. There are many ways to accomplish support and participation; I stress the following: · Pay your dues and encourage others to pay theirs. Annual dues are $25.00 per member. Our dues support the organization and they are matches to a variety of our funded programs. To pay your dues, please bring it to any of our AAM events or mail your check to: AAM P. O.
