David, I join as a Blind Ham for $8.00 a year. You can sign up with the National Library Service and download QST from the BARD site. As a member of ARRL you can get product reviews from the past as well as other things. I find it is worth the $8.00. I was considering joining ARRL, but I was wondering if it is worth it for us blind hams. The reason I say this is that QST, as far as I know, is not accessible to us, and even the few articles on projects and techniques for blind hams are in an Adobe format that does not contain the accessibility information one usually finds in them these days. So, what do you all think? Seems we blind folks are left out of a lot of the good stuff. What are the benefits that I might be missing? And, having said that, I can't complain unless I am willing to do something to change things for the better, so if anyone on the list knows of any opportunities for me to contribute and make things more accessible, I would do it in a minute! 73, David Thurmond, KK4ADV
