Our stellar line-up of internationally-renowned speakers will provide a greater understanding of Celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, associated conditions, how family members are affected, future therapies, among other topics.  Featured speakers are Stefano Guandalini, MD, Peter H.R. Green, MD, Shelley Case, BSc, RD and Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN.
