Hello Folks,
  I want to thank you all for your comments on my  questions regarding 
Cordain's comments that the Paleo meat we should eat should  mostly be lean. And 
your advice concerning my love afair with my homemade  Kefir.
 
  Today I made a new batch of Kefir with coconut milk.  Stay tuned and I 
will report how it turned out. 
 
  I am in day two of true Paleo. I feel pretty good  but find myself 
somewhat weak feeling and tired. Is this normal?
 
Some other questions if I may.
 
Is winter squash a no-no on Paleo?
What about flax seeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds? All  things I put in my 
protein drink in the morning. And, would continuing with the  protein drink 
daily be ok for a Paleo person?
