In the recently concluded tour of the NRR, the people of Farafenni reported
the following to Aji Yamu Secka and her UDP female wing entourage the
following;

1. Mr. Kebba Janneh reported that since 2008, the people of Farafenni are
buying water from the Area Council at a cost of D0.50 per 20litre drum and
the money is never ploughed back to them.

2.  Binta Marong reported that some houses were destroyed in Farafenni due
to a natural disaster but house owners who are perceived as opposition
sympathisers received no support from the National Disaster Agency.

3. Jarra Jawara urged the women of the area to forge a better life for
themselves by voting Darboe rather than clapping and dancing for President
Jammeh who is only interested in enriching himself.

4. In Tambakoto and Kattaba in the Sabach Sanjal District, the villagers
spoke of their surprise by the APRC announcement that they have defected
from the UDP. Speaker after Speaker reaffirmed their allegiance to the UDP.
The final speaker, Nyima Sanneh then declared that the people of Kattaba are
still behind UDP. She thank AJi Yamu Secka for the visit. 'We will campaign
hard for the party this year'', she concluded.
