Hello List Serv Friends!

I will be going to Costa Rica for a week.  In addition to my need to avoid gluten, I need to avoid citrus (lemon, lime, orange), tomato, pumpkin, coconut and (now I think corn).  

We will have a private chef for most of our meals, but I expect that we will end up eating out on occasion while touring, etc.  Any tips on what and where to eat.

We're flying into Liberia Airport and staying just 30 minutes away in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
