The flash player is not a part of IE 9. It is a plug in therefore one needs to download it from the adobe flash player site.

  Hi Max and all,
Also, people using IE 9 haven't been able to play any flash videos or flash audio streams as well.

According to a contracted group of computer suppliers (EVAS) for the VA
blinded veterans, I would really be careful with downloading IE9 at this
time! The EVAS folks sent out an e-mail from Ai Squared (Zoomtext) company
that Zoomtext will major glich up when using IE9. Some fixes have to be
    added to correct this problem.

I certainly would go back to my screen reader company and inquire about IE9
before downloading it as was sent out on this list last week from some
    forward looking VICUG member.

    Best,

    Max in SC

try the search phrase "ie 9 download" in your favorite search engine.

I would read some reviews first before downloading this new version. My
brother said if he could figure out how to role back the clock to version 8
    he would.
