Glad you got the monitor speakers working.  As for the RFI:  These pc 
speakers can be a pain sometimes.
   The problem is very often the wall wart sending  power to the 
speakers.  Try a ferrite on the cord from the wall wart  and also on the 
audio cables.
Sometimes it's better to clamp everything and if the problem is gone, 
remove them one at a time until you find which one really solved the 
problem.

Try plugging the wall wart into another outlet on a different circuit. 
Even if you need to use an extension cord and run it to another room. 
Are you running
the amp/radio/pc on the same circuit?  Maybe getting the amp onto a 
different  a.c. circuit will help things in the shack.
