A few said you can use a GF flour mix for thickening but I was cautioned  
that anything with bean flour in it could give off a "funky" flavor.  A few  
people also use cornstarch.   But the number one recommendation was by  far 
plain rice flour or sweet rice flour.  Are those the same??
