Subject: Jammeh's Navy Admiral Award is Fictional

The Freedom Newspaper has done a good investigative story on Jammeh's latest Navy Admiral title. According to a reliable source at the Nebraska governor's office, the award "is a certificate to be an “Admiral” in the fictional “Navy” of the landlocked state of Nebraska." The source told Freedom newspaper, among other things, that Jammeh "was nominated by Dr. Nasser Heydarian of San Francisco, California. It appears Dr. Heydarian is an Admiral in the Nebraska navy, as well. When we get requests for Admiralships from Admirals, those are approved. There are thousands of persons nominated and named Admirals every year. As I stated previously, this person was simply nominated by another Nebraska Admiral and therefore named an Admiral. Admiralships are not for sale."

It is clear from the above that the Jammeh propaganda machinery's touting this fictional admiral award as yet another testimony to the greatness of Yahya Jammeh is utterly false. Literally thousands of persons are named Admirals of the FICTIONAL NAVY OF THE LANDLOCKED STATE OF NEBRASKA EVERY YEAR. But of course, even if he knew this fact, which is very unlikely given his severe mental limitations, Yahya Jammeh would still go ahaed and make it headline news on Gambia Radio and Television, complete with resplendent footage of the great leader being decorated at a ceremony attended by high ranking officials and memebr of the diplomatic corps some of whom would be snickering under their shirt sleeves at the utter transparency of the emperor's new non-existent clothes. While the Nebraska governor's office says categorically that "Admiralties are not for sale" one wonders why the IPSP find it necessary to nominate Mr. Jammeh for a fake title and make it sound as if it was a genuine thing in recognition of his greatness and achievements especially his HIV/AIDS "breakthrough." Reminds one of the steereotypical stupid Africans of bygone days. Or maybe the days are not so bygone after all.

I would suggest that Freedom and other online media follow up on the story by asking Dr Nasser Hydarian what the rationale was behind Jammeh's nomination for this fictional navy admiral award and whether his organization actually believes that Yahya Jammeh could cure AIDS as their rep on the ground suggested at the "award" ceremony.

Below is the link to the Freedom story. Good job Pa Nderry.
