Whole foods has grass fed organic beef hot dogs with no nitrates and no  
artificial preservatives.

Ingredients: Beef,water,salt,corn syrup  solids,dextrose, garlic 
powder,sodium phosphate, sodium  erythorbate,spice,sodium nitrite, smoke. 
May contain traces of milk, wheat  and soy.

The other brands are worse.
But it didn't make me  sick.
