I've joined a little baking group and have been converting author
Dorie Greenspan's recipe to gluten-free. This week I did a Hidden
Berry Cream Cheese Torte.

It's a lovely dessert with a buttery gluten-free crust. Not only is it
tasty, it is the easiest cheesecake I've ever made! You simply whirl
the ingredients together in a food processor.
