May I suggest the ..."3 blind mice".... from the opening of an old
stooges movie
but then again perhaps the " coo-coo" the opening Hal Roach score
of Laurel and Hardy
any mason will tell you ;when you open a wall there is no telling what your
going to find ....pipes ;conduits washed out voids and interiors ;heck we even
found human bones (in a Masonic hall) but try telling the owner what's in
store for him when you now have to fix what's in there ....that's
the meeting when you need the Laurel and Hardy and he is slapping
his forehead and chasing you around the table
.....Recently I was up 14 stories in Mobile on a failed terra cotta wall and
made the mistake of mentioning to the insurance guy who was in
ear shot that a contributing factor was poor roof maintenance .....well there
went the Katrina claim .....I then had to write a letter confessing I wasn't a
roofer ..never inspected a roof in my life and ; didn't know shit
from shinola about roofs ....and .In fact ....in fact never understood why they
were ever invented in the "foist " place .....(end quote .) ....now its time to
play 3 blind mice ///Py
