the transfer of power to Goodluck.
 
I think this his first act after taking office, is ill-advised and unhealthy for Goodluck and it is unfortunate especially given Goodluck's appreciation of the high trust reposed in him. Even if the justice official was seen to be partisan, I am sure this retributive act by Goodluck so soon after he took office, will not mitigate that partisanship. It would have been better referred to a committee of justices no matter whether Goodluck is vested with powers such as these.
 
Food for thought: Gambia relies heavily on Nigerian justices. Severely malignant.
