Hi Everyone:

This is really just to thank you for all the responses I received -- all 36 of them -- for a decent gluten free pie crust recipe.  I am just now getting ready to try all those recipes so I cannot, at this time, give you a review or suggest which is the best.  However, many of the respondents recommended a recipe from Annalise Roberts' cookbook -- "Gluten-Free Baking Classics."

It may take a bit of time before I give them all a try, so be patient and I will get back to you with a final summary.  Hopefully, with all these pies I'll be eating my clothes will, in the end (no pun intended), still fit me.
