I am working with a group of students for a product development competition. We would like to create a gluten-free product. We are thinking of doing a gluten-free donut that has additional value added such as fiber, fortification, antioxidants, prebiotics, etc. At this point, we would like to hear from consumers who eat gluten-free products (i.e. celiac patients, patients with wheat allergies, etc.) and have them take a quick online survey.
