I've been sharing info and recipes with them and thought I'd share with you as well. A few of the great recipes I often use actually came from the listserv originally, so this is a good way to give back I think. :-) Many of these recipes also work for other intolerances, too. If you serve a turkey breast (or even a small turkey or roaster chicken), my Traditional Turkey Breast (two ingredients) and Special Turkey Breast recipes cooked in the slow cooker are wonderful options. Another main dish option is Crab Casserole--a real treat for the seafood lovers. Stuffing can be made from tortilla chips and it's fantastic. No need to find the perfect gluten-free bread or make bread in preparation to make stuffing or dressing (if you call it that). Desserts can be made so easily by focusing on flourless cakes and crustless pies. You won't believe it, but you and others won't even miss the flour or the crusts. For the crustless pies, usually only a small amount of gluten-free flour is needed. Take your pick: pumpkin, coconut, or apple. There's even a salad that everyone will eat!
