Suntouni,

Settle down and take a deep breath.  Have you taken the family to the beach yet? That was what I was waiting for; Allah's intervention and prospective consideration from you to review your pioneer notes on "Bidda", innovations, and circumstance. I will come back to that momentarily. Don't worry too much about what Haruna wishes to achieve. That is insignificant unless rolls over you with a friggin compactor. What cockamayme analysis of Haruna is this? I'll put it on the shelf under W for now. I am dealing with the B file right now. Allez!! Haruna.

Subject: What does Haruna hope to Achieve?

I hope Haruna don’t mind me making this view comments on his quest to always comment on anything Islamic here on our G-L.
Haruna, like many here has cultural and religious background which in one way or the other is influence by the Islamic faith. Like him, many of us here were brought up with our respective ethnic tradition and Islam as our religion.
Like him, many of us here were train early in our childhood on Islamic religious obligations and commandments couple with our respective traditions.
Like him, many of us learn parts of the Noble Qur’an through different forms of religious education. In local karantas, dairas, madrasas, primary and secondary schools.
Our parents live their lives according to their respective cultures and with the Islamic faith as spiritual guide. With that as a backdrop, our parents spend their lives bringing us up as good people according to the cultures they know and with the Islamic spiritual teachings.
In fact, Haruna spend a good part of his early childhood practising the Islamic faith like no other person. His father was well known for his love of the20Islamic teaching. His grandfather was a respectable Islamic scholar. Haruna in essence is no stranger to Islam.
A point of departure: a change of heart.
Unless I misread Haruna or misunderstand his take on Islamic issues. His statements here indicating that, he doesn’t practise the five daily prayers sacred to Muslims, he doesn’t practise fasting during the month of Ramadan, he doesn’t consider the annual pilgrimage to Mecca as important and finally he has develop his own Harunasilo departing completely from his dad, his granddad and many of his kit and kin understanding of religion.

The reason i asked the question of what does Haruna hope to achieve is that, he never leave any occasion pass him dealing with Islamic subjects. With the backdrop of not praying the five daily prayers, not fasting in Ramadam, not even valuing the annual pilgrimage and many other Islamic core values, haruna doesn’t count himself Muslim. So why bother about Islamic issues?
He never leave a chance without questioning Islamic matters, yet he has already move on and even develop his own spiritual path. Did Haruna wish to influence practising Muslims with his Harunasilo which some are taking to be a light hearted joke?
Finally, it is natural that exposure cause us to adapt and inhibit new thinking and/or even new faith. Haruna is not alone on that aspect. He should at least make himself clear on his spiritual design here so that, we the practising Muslims can know how to deal with him and his Harunasilo (haruna path).
Thank you
