SPAM is unsolicited email, usually sent in attempt to extract money
from you in some way.
The general rule is that you never respond, as you're only confirming
that the address is good. Spammers often send email in the blind,
hoping that some of their guesses are good, and they'll get a
respones, as they did in your case.
"Sue Epstein" is probably fictitious.
With Gmail, you just check off such emails and use the "report Spam"
icon at the top , and you won't hear from that address again. Do this
often enough and you'll be basically free of SPAM.

What I know is:I received a message from Sue Epstein, who I believe is from your company.(?). I replied to her that she's sent the email to me in error. Then I get all of these  communications, most of which I don't know very much of. All I want to know is: am I in any trouble from all of this? Also, since I don't know what to do with these "dirty" emails, I will have to read up on that. I get things all the time about "body parts," etc. Thank you so much for your concern.
