Bamba Laye, this is just great. The cartoonist captures the despot in all his naked ugliness. Those who would treat fellow human beings with blatant impunity deserve to be treated with even greater impunity. The lipstick might well symbolize the blood of innocents on his bloated lips. And he will remain clutching that human skull forever, like the devil he is. Reminds me of Shakespeare's famous dictum that the evil that men do lives after them. Bravo to the East African. And thanks for sharing.
