Hi Michael,

If you have the full version of Adobe,you can extract the pictures as part of the
program,,unless they are locked or password protected.
However, if you just have the Reader, the only programs I know of
are: Some PDF Image Extract  Free

I tried this one,but it didn't work for me,although I've read several comments from
people who claim it works well.Maybe it'll work for you ;)
