Sister Jabou
I am sorry if you are disappointed but the continual of such a debate is further more fragmentation. I am not taking side but disgesting about Halifa this and Ousainou that when we should put our effort is more that is relevant. Sister Jabou the nonsense I stated is not directed to you or sister Ginny for that matter. You are alway the most respect.M y reference is on the basis the debate dragging into nationalist tribal politics. We leadership is our country is open to honest and objective criticism. My stand are resolute that if Halifa do not challenge the madness of WITCH HUNGTING it will go on and on!
With alway respect and Best Regard to the rest of your family!

Brother Abdu,

I am disappointed at your patronizing position and tone regarding this discussion.
You must not have been paying attention otherwise you would have known what the discussion is all about. Just in case you were not, it is about some people attempting to malign the character of others and some of us standing up to oppose that. So you and Musa Jeng sweeping in and  labeling this exchange as nonsense is a bit peculiar to say the least.

I prevail on folks to stop peddling all the nonsense prevailing on the forum. Gambian should be aware that the cancer around us is tribal politic. Are we really honest about ending Jammeh's madness? What do you people gain following Halifa or Darboe like cult? Any debate base on these individuals at home front each doing their little how ever shortfall it may look in the eyes of some of us is a challenge to end the continuum of madness prevailing in our country.

Ginny,

You followed the discussion and saw what it was that was being objected to, and  yet, you still came back repeating the same old stuff about ulterior motives. How come you did not garner the facts from the same place that you say you learned all the other stuff that you keep repeating?

What misinformation?  Could you please point me to where I could get the correct information?  And I'm not being sarcastic here.  I'm serious.  And if there's no direct authority where I can go to get the correct information, who is the authority?

The last time people told me I wasn't correct in my assertions, and the last time that I asked for clarification, I never got any, just anoth er reassertion that I was wrong, and that even if I was told "the truth" I'd never understand it anyway.  Because for some reason, that no one has yet explained to me, Gambians are somehow so much more different than the rest of the human race.  And I just simply don't believe that.  So, I went off list for anyswers (imagine that, sometimes things happen off list).  So I just didn't glean my info on list and chew up and spit out any kind of regurgitated anything.

Anyway, I am tiring of this discussion.  I think I should have said how much I admired Sallah for his recent actions on behalf of the Gambian people, and left it at that.

Ginny
