It's basically active only when someone has a question to throw to the list. In other words, not lots of superfluous traffic!

And I have a question for everyone:

Often, when I launch a web site -- any url will do -- the Live Search garbage comes up. I'm a braille user, and what's especially weird is that the speech names the site I really inteded to go to, while the braille immediately reveals that it's live search. Of course, then when I try to navigate the site, speech and braille concur that I've been spammed with this thing.

I have to close internet explorer and relaunch the desired site.

Any help on how I can make it go away will be greatly appreciated!
