I think I remember someone having posted on this site, a URL for listening 
to emergency and public service dispatches on The Internet.  I even thought 
I had bookmarked it.  Can't find it so maybe I dreamed it after all due to 
incription, it doesn't seem that there could be such a thing.  If there is, 
could someone send it to me.
