That's why all the prefabs are 4/12 slopes with a narrow footprint. Sad to
think we've degenerated to a society that has architecture limited to
highway clearances.

The real issue though usually has more to do with the outrageous fees
involved in dropping power and communication lines.

To say nothing of dropping drawers.
