Shaun, I don't see why a person without sight can't put up antennas as well as those with sight. I just took my 4 band rotary dipole down for repair and put it up again on my 50 foot tower. If sight is the only problem. I have been doing it for almost 50 years but use a good solid climbing belt or harness.
