i have said many times that the "war on drugs" is one big waste of money. treatment would be money better spent. and our civil rights would not get trampled by treatment of addicts.
if i were on a jury with some one like laura cleveland using mary jane for relief from cancer or something similar, the jury would be hanged because i'd never say guilty. they'd have to pitch me off the jury.
