Go to firstwatch.com for complete list of their Gluten-Free selections. —Chevy's — a Mexican restaurant. They have a gluten free menu and they're very helpful. I would DEFINITELY ask for the manager - that seemed to make a huge difference. — Nacho mama's is a great little fun place to eat on Manchester Rd in Rock Hill. Tex- Mex. — Pho Grand, a wonderful little Vietnamese place on Grand south of 44. — PF Chang's — Maggiano's Little Italy on Brentwood has a Gluten Free Menu. An allergen chef comes to the table to help you figure out what is safe. They have actually grated parmesan cheese for me because I didn't feel safe using the table cheese. They have really good corn pasta and will work with you on any of their dishes. —Bandana BBQ restaurants: Their practices are pretty safe with a dedicated fryer. — Outback Steakhouses, — Fleming's Steakhouse, — For grocery stores: Trader Joe’s, Dierbergs, Whole Foods, and Natural Way (health food store) — Check out the Bi-State Celiac Support Group, www.bscsg.org.
