Vicki and other muscisians on the list.  I was wondering those of you in groups.  Did you have to file any kind of legal papers before you started playing for establishments.  The gentleman that heads our church group says you do.  Well all the time I have been playing and singing I never have.  I also have a cd out too.  He seems to think you have to file a trademark.  I understand tax papers but it is the trade mark thing I am mostly wondering about.  Before we can do anything. Please let me know..  Thanks
