This is part of  web-accelerators offered by some ISPs
and is also available independently.
There is nothing wrong with that.
I suspect it got flagged because of the BHO's name rather than
the utility it provides.
IOW,it could be benign but it's just a false positive.
Just check your browser's add-ons and see what is listed.
( Tools > Manage Add-Ons )
When you find it,check the origin and if it is flagged as unsavory,
meaning spy- or adware connected/related.
