hello all, I was recently dx celiac; my mom has had it for years so I
wasn't too surprised. I have a gluten free cookbook dated 1996--is it
worthwhile using the old cook books or have things changed so much/so much
new info that I should use a more recent one? Can you recommend a good
one?

I am looking forward to the conference being held here in May, very timely
for me :)

thanks.
