I recently returned from a wonderful trip to Italy, which I found to be an easy place to travel with CD. I bought some pasta in a Farmacia, and as I was scrutinizing hte ingredients, I came across a couple of grains I am not familiar with, and thought perhaps an Italian speaker out here might help me.

I know that Farina di mais = Corn flour
and that farina di riso = rice flour--

But what is farina di grano saraceno?
and farina di girasole?
and farina di semi di lino? (I'm guesssing flax)

Thanks!
