My only complaint concerning the tw1 would be that if you hold the forward
power button in you do get a tone that changes pitch as you change output.
I would like to see more of a change in pitch with a smaller change in
output.  You seem to have to make a moderately significant change in output
to get a good change in pitch.

As for solid state, although its an older amp that is no longer in
production a friend has an ic2kl which he will never use and could probably
be talked into selling if someone were interested.
