Does anyone know any brand of GF margarine available in Canada (if you send
me information for the USA or any other part of the world, I will also put
the information in the summary)? Most of it seems to contain flavourings
which are not clearly identified so it might contain gluten in some way.
Otherwise, is there any way to make margarine at home? Also, if I turn
liquid oil into a solid, will it become a trans fat? Is there a better oil
to use?
